It looks like the game is waiting for the connection with Bungie server... forever.

What is weird about it is, the logo is working, moving, and then at that specific point of it's aperture, it freezes in place, and the game becomes entirely unresponsive, prior to that I can alt tab in and out of the game, watch the logo move, etc.
