So I found out that if you have the most recent season rank cloak ornament for the hunter equipped and summon your sparrow, your cloak just disappears (though the hood stays on) and will stay gone until you either slap a different cloak on or if you look at the map for a while. The same happened when using the Gracious Spin emote, where the cloak just seemed to fly off. I'm not sure if this happens with other cloaks or if it happens with other emotes but it seems to be exclusive to the ornament
