Whisper Quest on Io, Lost Oasis
What am I missing? I went into the “secret” portal two different times and both times no enemies spawned. I had to exit by leaving the entire destination.

As Tuxydoh mentioned, you must shoot the blight in the upper cave across from the lost sector chest, then drop down into it to begin the mission.
