Nerfing arc web for tials. Everything in the game is being balanced for a game mode that will soon settle into a small player base.

  • Ridiculous changes? Theres literally no reason to use any close range weapon when you can shutdown a group with 15m every 30 seconds or less lol it was OP and might still be. But if OHK abilities must exist to one they must all have one for the sake of balance. Personally I say -blam!- em all.

  • Do I need to mention insane damage resistence, a range of 15m+, it can kill GROUPS of people at once even supers, you can stack discipline up to 100 for a cooldown of 32 seconds and run cooldown mods to reduce it further. This thing has no place in a PvP environment where guns are supposed to be used. The only counter is to use long range weapons and with these maps that's not always viable or optimal for the game mode. Its undeniably OP in PvP as are all OHK abilities (hunters knife will be the most balanced after the tracking is changed due to needing precision). This is coming from my view of using it, not facing it. You can safely run a sniper and a mid range weapon and NEVER worry about anything within 15m+. Its literally the same as making the chaperone 1-shot to the body all while making it shoot 5 shots in a horizontal spread and exploding on impact lol.
