Regional/Cloud server latency testing tools
Some tools people can use to get a feel for how their internet may be performing in the scope of how this game runs: cloud service hosting and player direct communications that can spread out all over the place.
azurespeed.com - some MS Azure cloud servers
cloudping.info - some Amazon AWS EC2 servers
speedtest.net - change to Seattle, choose Century Link
(near Bungie in Bellevue, and one of their primary peers)
Testmy.net - speed and latency tests
(Offers a multithreaded speedtest to different locations at once, and can batch latency tests to multiple regions)
dslreports.com - tools section
(speed test, smoke ping, others... interesting tools to check inbound latency to you, buffer bloating, etc)
