I feel like every time I go to shield bash a roaming super and connect, the suppression doesn't take effect. I get hit markers, damage numbers, my melee ability gets consumed, but no suppression occurs. It just feels incredibly inconsistent, not to mention the melee ability itself feels slow and stagnant compared to the hammer strike or shoulder strike for the sunbreaker and striker respectively. Please make it more consistent!

Can we re-tune it out of existence? As if titans needed another method of suppression.

Maybe if warlocks got a single suppression ability...

1 ReplyEdited by zG Maximus: 2/28/2020 3:11:52 PMSentinel shield bash has been buggy since vanilla but bungie hasn’t noticed a thing... nobody plays bottom tree much is probably why. The PvP team in bungie mostly plays hunter so they are pretty oblivious. I love that subclass but stopped playing it out of frustration with the shield bash... Also, hit registration is terrible! I’ve had a ridiculous number of hits with shield bash that were dead on, made the hit sound cue, used up my melee and did a total of 0 damage, including the super melee. Void hunter had the same issue initially and patched it asap but Titan.... nah

Funny cuz i got hit by a shield bash on during iron banner while i was in my super. It suppressed my screen but i went on to kill 2 more people with my super.

Yeah its a really annoying feature. I'm not even sure how it fails to work when the aoe suppresses people.
