Jötunn is a ridiculously OP weapon in PvP
Of all the weapons I face in D2 PvP, this weapon is the biggest joke. It's ruining some PvP matches, where 4 or 5 players are running about clanging their way to no-skill one-hit glory.
Primary game is so bad in D2
EDIT: Jötunn is easy to dodge apparently, which is why so many people are happy to use the gun 🤔

I feel this. I recently started playing trials and every match i was in at least 2 out of 3 of the enemy team were running Jotunn and it just sucks the fun out of the pvp. I get that the weapon can be dodged however i dont wanna spend an entire match dodging an entire enemy team in trials running a tracking fusion rifle with a base range of 52 and an impact of 100.

It's annoying to be killed by mostly because It feels bad for not avoiding it in time. Where it does become a problem is in comp where they wait until you're engaging one of their team mates and then blindside you with it from 30m + away while you're having a honest 1v1. Add hunter invis to the mix and a campy playstyle and it's actually pretty obnoxious. Obviously great players will say it's easy to avoid but equally great players using it will wreck you because you can't dodge what you don't see coming.

It's not op. You can dodge it half the time... I despise being killed by it but thats just because I hate getting killed by anything that tracks. Triggers me almost as bad as erintil...

It is ridiculous if someone knows how to use it. Moving does work sometimes but those that say it’s easy to avoid in all circumstances are totally wrong.

Any time I see it in a lobby I see maybe 1 and usually get killed by it like 2 or 3 times the whole match

It’s easy to dodge using strafing and cover. It’s loud and you can see it fire from across the map. It doesn’t even have a lot of usage. It’s fine.

2 RepliesI think it's ok for PvP. It's kind of special because it's an exotic. I feel like if you die from jotunn, you'd also die from a sniper or a fusion rifle at the same distance. Basically you're dying because you're exposed and standing still for too long.
