New light helped a lot of people catch up in the game and brought so many people together to join in all activities within the game. This was achieved.
We are all given at numerous occasions to do many things such as activities bounties etc to generate xp including double xp in The Dawning Crimson days. Not to mention the timelost bounties xp farm.
It's not hard it's easy. It doesn't take much time over a 3 month season to grind between 10-20 power bonus levels.
There should be a cap on power bonus levels though. No more than +20. Anything over +20 is not beneficial anyways just bragging rights really.
I just think Bungie gets a lot of complaints in this aspect from players who don't put the effort in all honesty.

1 ReplyGear power is fine but artifact power bonus should be disabled.

9 RepliesWhat is wrong with the pvp community in this game? They're are always ranting complaining. They wanted endgame they are getting it. They wanted Trials Of Osiris they are getting it. But fail to understand the requirements of an endgame activity which means effort and preparation like PVE community has to do for a raid. It's no different. Destiny in past 5yrs has always had some sort of power levelling big or small. It's always been this way. Surely by now everyone should know this.

10 RepliesWe are in crucible getting better at the game, not grinding bounties. Trials is about the best players rising to the top, not mindlessly grinding bounties.

15 RepliesAre you stupid? If a player is 20 levels above you or more the damage you deal keeps going down and the damage you take from them keeps going up. There is no “bragging rights” since getting high power means nothing, it only means you sat down and grinded bounties for hours upon hours (or days). This system punishes pvp players for not playing pve and rewards pve players way more.
