Apparently that title isn’t a joke in the TWAB since our damage is being redacted. 🤷🏻♂️😒

[spoiler]edit: I’m glad some people understood the joke and have a sense of humor. Glad I could make some of you laugh. Wasn’t expecting this to get much attention but it kinda exploded with about half people with sense of humor and understanding where I was going with this and about half people who think I don’t know what the word means. Yes I know what the word means. If you don’t understand the joke it’s because you are being too literal with the definition. To censor a document (redact a word or phrase) REMOVES the words from it. Like they are REMOVING some of our damage and range on a lot of weapons. I am severely disappointed in how many of you there are that don’t get how loosely I am using the word. (Extremely loosely) if you still don’t understand then clearly it isn’t a joke for you and that is fine, but rather than putting someone down for a joke you don’t understand or don’t like, perhaps just move on. It isn’t hurting anyone and clearly some people enjoyed it. Much ❤️ to those who liked the joke and tried to defend me, but honestly don’t waste your time on the haters. They aren’t worth the time.[/spoiler]

Reason bungie is doing this is to trick players and frustrate them. They want numbers to go down so players change to destiny 3 when it comes out on new gen consoles. Watch graphics and gameplay glitch more too. It's a old Ea sports trick they been doing to their games. They lower the gameplay and graphics. They also say the old systems cannot handle the new game content. Won't make it for older sustems. if they do make it the game is terrible and glitchy and they won't fix or update it..

Except that "censored, edited" is a definition that was developed in 1851, which broke from the modern convention of the word at the time. Those who say it is just "censored", well, if you think any two words in the english language are exactly overlapping, you've grossly misunderstood language itself. Redact means any form of reduction, and has meant this since its creation in Greece. To censor things from a page of text is to reduce the nonessential sensitive information on the page. Redact is commonly used here because of the reduction of text. This meaning has become its predominant conventional usage in modern English speaking countries, especially in classified environments, however, the original meaning, which is broadly, "to reduce, obscure, diminish" is still applicable. Not only this, but as it stands, contextuality is everything in modern english. From the context, each word can be used to mean subtly different things in each situation. Fleek isn't even a real word, but you know what it means, because of context. Either way, the word usage efficiently portrays what the OP wished to portray, and therefore was an efficient use of language to communicate. If you disagree, state what you believe to be the correct usage, the root and development of the usage, and the reason that current convention, unlike all of language history should not be adapted, or reverted over time. Otherwise, pound sand.

They pretty redacted everything in the last TWAB. That isn't counting the fact that they haven't told us all the 'adjustments' coming to weapons, exotic armour, supers and abilities. The forum toxicity will be at an all time high.

Youre dissapointed because we know what words mean? Remove take out withdraw, theres about 100 words you could of used but you went with a word that sounds like it means to remove.
