Unable to reset valor for 5th time
I should have just completed the last step to obtain Redrix but unfortunately I cannot reset my valor. There is no “x” button when I hover over my valor. It is at a maximum of 2000. Can you please help?

I’ve never seen this issue before and as someone who started with D1, it’s quite frustrating especially with iron banner having started and I cannot earn any valor since I’m stuck at legend with no option to reset my rank. I know this is not intended and is a bug so please look into my account. I cross play between ps4 and stadia.
