Purification Ritual not dropping consistently from Offering to the Oracle
Forgive me if this isn't supposed to be a guaranteed drop, but 3/6 of my last Offerings to the Oracle have only given gear and no Purification Ritual bounty for the Transcendent Blessing mod.
