Right now they are too weak and too short ranged to take out rushing shot-gunners. All the primary weapon nerfs gave rise to this shotgun meta. I think it is time to buff primaries once again.

I dont wont special ammo to be so nerfed that completing quest for pinnacle special weapons are almost impossible but as of now its just ridiculous how easy it is to get special ammo.

U guys fear change cuz ur just a bunch of kd farmers. Ppl r just wanting one....ONE! game mode where it take more than one hit with a gun to kill someone!

1 ReplyThat would be fine if all primaries were well balanced and had fast enough kill tines to be in line with the increases in movement speed that happened a few months ago. Alas, they are not. Scouts, most HC's, and most Autos just cannot compete against pulse rifles, side arms, and 140/150 HC's.

1 ReplyHonestly all you people against extra ruleset game modes need to honestly shut it. Its really not gonna ruin your high tier comp if casual gets a bare minimum allowance ruleset. Pokemon has dozens of rulesets and that game is far more competitive than destiny.

Did u guys get mad too when the free lance survival playlist started cuz it was "gonna split up the player base too much"? This is what happens when ppl only use toxic cheesy load outs in 3 person fireteams. Sorry u guys cant stomp randoms now and u have to face ppl alot like u. 4 RepliesI want it to be like halo's SWAT game modes where no armor/ shields and just a standard sidearm. it would be awesome. but that's not destiny. that is why I just left the game because they will never leave their space magic junk and focus on their guns lol. guns are not important in this game. good concept of a game, but poorly executed. 1 ReplyI've been begging for a "boots on the ground" mode forever. I'd play the heck out of it. No supers, severely restricted grenade and ability refresh, turn off ammo scavengers, and MAYBE even get rid of the radar.

Doubles had so much potential... you can easily engage in gun fights.... they managed to negate that almost entirely with the grenade spam

A mode would actually be nice to test it. People always mention that year 1 D1 was boring because of it but fail to mention the actual problem... 4v4, slow ttk, slow ability regen.

4 RepliesIts boring...because people just run away after few shots. It will ended up fire team shooting meta gain just like in Y1 D2 ...total bad. You can play Momentum Transfer...That's a very fun primary fight...love it..!
