Come on, you're smarter than this lol. You know that option won't be done "reasonably".
Bungie decided to make an update, based on the feedback we submitted. Whether or not it was misunderstood is subjective, and that isn't the point I'm getting at.
What I am getting at, is that Bungie will "listen", but that doesn't mean we can just expect a "word for word" transition to game update. A lot of people are just really good at setting themselves up for disappointment.
I mean, the easiest solution is the obvious one, yes. But if it really was what you thought of, don't you think it would have been tried? And if it didn't come out the way it was expected, don't you think something must have stopped them in their tracks? Hence the update we see now? You can believe what you want, but Bungie's lack of additional communication beyond "We're listening" doesn't help our imagination.
You know it, I know it, I'm sure others here know it too, or are catching on. All you can do is think of some other reasonable solution, that doesn't involve revamping the system, or going backwards (as in back to a previous state <insert rollback joke here>), since Bungie won't do that.
You know what I mean?
