Cracking of skulls and potato chips probably sounds similar.

Someone in the sound department is just a foodie I guess. It sounds like someone biting an apple when you pick up heavy ammo too.
-

I've seen the architects. Have evidence on xbox. -
It has to be the best sound effect in the game. It’s just annoying enough for me to say “-blam!- - I hate that sound” every time I get taken out by a headshot. I think hearing that sound is possibly more annoying to me than the stupidity of running into a sniper lane to begin with.
-
That’s the sound of the game laughing at you?
-
Why does it always sound like someone’s crouching when I get sniped?
-
I like the mind bender sound when I get shot. BOOOM
-
It doesn’t to me. And someone eating potato chips in a party is my biggest pet peeve. You do it and it’s an automatic mute from me. IDC what we’re doing. If it requires coms or not. You want to eat? Take a break and go eat. 5 other ppl shouldn’t have to listen to you stuff your face. It’s Rude AF.

errrr... duck?
-
Stop complaining and git gud
-
No, that's the sound of the bullet munching on your skull.

Thank you. Now I'll never get that outta my head before I lose my hearing from old age.
