But when ravenous beast isn't active, it's just an ok SMG. Like I said it take 6-7 kills to get the perk vs 1-3 kills for rampage, kill clip, multikill clip, and master of arms. Comparing it to other exotic smgs, it has a much higher difficulty of use. I mean risk runner has some of the best SMG stats plus its exotic perk give a 30% damage reduction against arc, returns ammo, chains lightning, and refreshes on a kill. Huckleberry has good base stats for an aggressive frame, it has the og rampage perk, reloads on kills, and rate of fire speeds up the longer you hold down the trigger. Even looking at devils ruin which fills a similar roll, has a much easier exotic perk to activate and deal as much damage as ravenous beast, but faster.
