When is solstice gear gonna be an ornament

Why not just make all armor ornaments so we can Delete armor from the vault

2 RepliesAll Y1 armor that doesn't have a 2.0 version needs to become an ornament. Trials, factions, Leviathan raid armor, IB, ect. Most of my Solstice 1.0 armor has better stat rolls and perks than the crappy 2.0 versions.

Next summer when the new solstice drops, and it is recycled, and 10x easier to complete due to all the complaints, which will no doubt lead to massive complaints about what a slap in the face it is because people invested countless time and resources into it year before only for new players to get it handed to them. God I'm glad I completely skipped that event. Bungie really -blam!-ed that one up.

Or even iron banner gear that you can't get anymore but it's not an ornament and you can't get it from colections because it's a random roll. Like once the armor no longer fits in a loot pool it should get a curated roll and be available in collections. If you're not gunna have it as ornaments, or as 2.0 armor in a new vast Iron Banner loot pool instead of just the year 1 armor set every season let me take it from collections. Please.

Yeah, it's a good question. We did a lot of grinding for it and some of us bought the flair, now it just sits in our vaults with terrible stats

They didn't make it an ornament so they could bring it back, slightly reskinned, for Solstice this year. Maybe they'll make it an ornament this time, but they just want you to grind all over again. I'll be IMPRESSED if they do new armor, but I bet I'm gonna be right.

They won’t do it, they’re too lazy to create any content as it is they’ll just use the solstice as we already earned as “reward” to grind for again come this solstice. We’ve had to earn the same iron banner armour 3 times already this is why I’m assuming this’ll be the same with solstice lol
