[spoiler]throw in the sparrow horns and I'll even buy an ornament...deal?[/spoiler] [spoiler] I personally would enjoy this more, but on a more serious note, Trials in D2 is not the same as D1. In D1, people were content to go in and have fun with whatever loadout felt the coolest or flashiest, there were more senselessly overzealous peregrine greavers etc.. In d2 people are simply interested in either stat padding, bounty completion, or checking of boxes to show that they were 'there', wherever it is we just so desperately 'had to be'. The result is that we have tried to competitively balance every aspect of PVP. We've spent 300 bucks each, over 200 patches, and fixes, 7 major releases, all trying to make every single game mode in destiny have the level of competition trials had in d1. There are no fun modes, no chaos, big team battle, vehicular combat modes etc., to break the monotony of either 1. Constant screaming from people who take it too seriously 2. Contant refusal to cooperate from people who are there for a bounty and dgaf about pvp. So basically we already have trials. Every game mode is trials...trials will literally be comp reskinned. Why do we need that? Just let us blow off steam and have fun honking at eachother and flying our lovely sparrows into the sunset. [/spoiler] So divisive! Haters are simply afraid to 1v1 race me. I was the one who taught the sparrow how to actually fly in D1...if you were lucky enough to learn it. Best Idea from comments: Combine them into a death race mode while simultaneously introducing weapons to our sparrow riding experience. I know I would be on that mess ALL DAY
