I don't know what you are talking about...as someone who has absolutely adored Crimson Days (since its first launch in D1) it's a game mode I look forward to each year. It's FUN. It CAN'T be taken seriously otherwise you'll just get triggered. But the craziness of 6v6 is gone. The stress of doing well in 3v3 Survival is gone. No pressure of dying once and you're eliminated. Nope. You can run and gun and derp around as much as you want. It's super fun! It's the ONLY event I'll actually log hours into for PvP. My only complaint is the new feature they added in D2 where it super speeds up all your abilities/supers. That makes it reallllly cheesy. But I can still find ways to have fun :) so not all of us veterans are bored with it.

I can’t quite figure out how anyone can enjoy D2 since Bungie has gutted it in every way possible. Either you are new or just don’t care how you are treated as a player. I apologize about the nutless. I didn’t get the “Debbie” until after I hit post.

I’m not new. I’ve been playing Destiny since the day it launched in September 2014. I have been with it through all of its ups and downs. I have both criticized and praised this games throughout the years. Personally, like I said in my post, I enjoy this one game mode. I’d enjoy skirmish too but apparently it was abandoned. I’m no “fanboy” if that’s what you thought. I am in no way happy with the state of the game right now. But, I do enjoy a good doubles match. Simple as that.

This is a seriously good point. I get that they want to have plenty of things to sell via eververse but why not have tons of dumb shit that can be “earned” by playing the game mode? All I had to work towards was the two sparrows and that’s just lame

I love 2v2, but I still take it serious. I get annozed af if my teammate gets no kills the entire game and I keep getting double teamed while my teammate is off in the background somewhere (kept happening to me last night with different people) The biggest thing is that the ability spam absolutely needs to go away. Ran into a team the other night. One of them was spamming skip nades and the other one was spamming suppressor nades and putting barricades up all over the place. The score was 2-3, we needed to tie up the game, it was on the map where it’s just basically a big long circular hallway (forgot the name of the map) so we couldn’t jump above them to get kills and we couldn’t go around because it’s just a hallway. For the last 30 seconds we just couldn’t make a push.

That's Retribution. It's the only map I consistently lose on. Finally broke that losing streak last night. It's just an awful map. Especially for the grenade spam. I ran into a team with a titan who kept placing lighting nades on all the walls and then he'd follow it up with the Erentil. Was such a bad way to lose. Sometimes it does suck to get those blueberries who have no idea how the event works and run off to take on the whole world by themselves. I feel ya there.
