Fix the damn loading into tower!
Bungie, it seems like you are going one step forward and two steps back.
When you implement patches, do you test the game prior to sending out? Since the recent patch, loading times into tower have been atrocious! Sort it out for crying out load (mispelt on purpose!).
The only way around waiting to land into the tower is to change character and reloading back tower again. Really? Your think after 5 years of d1 and d2 you would have iron out most of the issues.
Love the game but... pull your finger out.

5 Repliesits a PSN thing. contact Sony to fix it. tower loading times are double on PSN than other platforms. should've bought an Xbox, just saying.

From what I have noticed, queuing into the Tower when a lot of other people are being loaded into the same instance will put everyone on a waiting list. Once the game syncs everyone, then it has everyone land. You may have noticed that when you land, a bunch of other people will spawn in as well. These are people that have been loading into the Tower as well.

Like 1-2 mins And my pc even faster. However applying a mod to weapons/armor while in an activity does drop the FPS too much even on pc and needs to be fixed. Edit: I checked today it takes me 2 mins on Xbox one x with an ssd and 45 seconds on pc. So I don’t have any problems. Applying mods is an issue. Loading into the tower is not.

When you are loading into the tower, dont open your inventory or director. It reduces the time.

I love taking a shit+showering+shaving and still loading. It reflectes Bungie's incompetence 100%.

Opening your Menu, Mod-Menu or loading in the Tower also slowly start to get on my nerfes and if you think about it in a developers perspective if .... Noob 6 years into the ...... Game!

They don't test their patches... With the last update, it was supposed to make loading time to the Tower more FASTER. Yep, that totally worked Bungo. --" More important, the bug with the two exotics arms was supposed to be fixed with the last patch but instead of get rid of the glitch with those, it buffed the glitch, they were 2x more broken. So they disable them. Again. The worst with all of this, is that at this point, with all the bugs , i'm not even surprised that everything was broken.

It is really funny that it seems every single time we finally land in the tower that about 10+ others spawn in at the same time and everybody is running around the tower invisible again. I am pretty sure they said they found the issue before causing player to be invisible yet here it is AGAIN. Luckily for me I have only seen the invisible players in the tower but a friend said he has seen it in crucible again also.

I tried logging in the past couple of days. When I finally get to the tower its empty and after a minute or two I get booted back to orbit no matter how many times I try. Never had this happen like this where I just can't play. Very close to uninstalling and forgetting about Destiny.

Looked for and applied a new shader to my whole armour set while in the tower today . . . won't be attempting that again ! Even the basics seem to be too much for this company to handle 🤦

It looks to me like they decided to experiment with having fewer tower sessions/instances/whatever with more people per instance. I guess that could make the game look busier to new people/investors, since the social space is really full. Maybe this somehow saves money on the back end. Maybe it raises average play time for the people who can sit through an extra 3 or 5 minutes for every tower trip. I don't know what they think they are gaining with this change. In any case, the experiment isn't working well for the players. I don't get anything out of there being more people in a tower instance.

Or give us an Emblem to track it, so we can show off our times. Orbit time is one of Luke’s, you had to be there moments.
