A few patches ago there was a fix for controllers and Steam Link functionality, and it was glorious. I think it broke the very next patch and hasn’t worked since. Here are the options I have tested:
* Switch Pro Controller connected to PC via Bluetooth (No game input detected)
* Switch Pro Controller connected to PC via USB-C cable (No game input detected)
* Switch Pro Controller connected to PC via 8BitDo USB adapter which emulates an Xbox Controller (Works correctly, but not ideal. Right side buttons are swapped due to difference in controller layouts. X is Y, Y is X, A is B and B is A)
* Switch Pro Controller connected via Bluetooth to Steam Link set top box (No game input detected)
* Switch Pro Controller connected via 8BitDo USB adapter to Steam Link set top box (No game input detected)
* Touch controls using Steam Link app on iOS/iPad Pro (No game input detected. I believe this also emulates an Xbox Controller, which means this probably isn't an issue of "just use a different controller")
I believe all of these were working correctly after the patch that included these features, and now unfortunately I can’t get any of them to work correctly. Please let me know if I can provide any other input, I love using these missing features with all my other games.
EDIT: The update in question was 2.7.0. The patch notes at the bottom state that this was fixed, but it seems it was broken almost the very next patch. This implies that it was a known issue, and I just wanted to confirm whether or not Bungie knew it was yet again an issue.

5 RepliesI use BetterJoyForCemu. It took me a while to get used to the button differences but it works. I am using the 32-bit version. HD Rumble is in there as well.
