A possible explanation of what happened is that you had multiple Bungie profiles, one for each linked platform (Steam/Battle.net and Xbox). When you set up Cross Save, you migrated both of your linked platform accounts into a single Bungie profile, abandoning the other. If you redeemed the emblem codes on the now abandoned Bungie profile, then they are orphaned with it. It [i]IS[/i] possible to try and regain access to the abandoned profile, but it would require you to disable Cross Save and everything that comes with that action. However, you can't migrate the emblems from one profile to another so if your current Bungie profile has more redeemed to it than the abandoned one, you may end up losing what you have currently redeemed.
