So many cheaters
Survival has become pretty much unplayable unless you use an auto-aimer. Fix it Bungie it's really not that hard.

1 ReplyI don't see it on PC, granted I don't really play Comp or Survival unless it's necessary for a quest or something. Maybe the occasional fishy player (really high headshot ratio), but without spectator or CoD-style killcams, I can never 100% be certain of walls, aim, or anything of that nature.

It’s literally impossible to stop cheaters now that Destiny in F2P, the instant they get banned they’ll just create a new account and continue. The ONLY way to stop cheaters these days is to directly ban their hardware and even then there are ways to bypass that.

1 ReplyIf you see someone you suspect of cheating use the in game report system or the report form on Bungie.net found with a basic search to inform Bungie. If you think Bungie is doing nothing then pop over to the #Help forum page....... And those on that page are just the stupid ones wanting to complain or give excuses to try and get back in. Most know what they did and accept that they got caught for it.

2 RepliesI had a guy yesterday I thought was suspect with a sniper. I could slide around a corner boom headshot. Okay how about I slide around the corner and then dodge, nope dead headshot. So I stopped playing and watched the kill feed. Headshot every single time. Literally just instantly deleting everyone with his sniper. He had like 38 before mercy kicked in. I can’t name names because they protect cheaters here but he’s been at it for some time. And these are the types of players that are going to make everyone quit the new trials the day it comes out lol

bugie's real life response to this stuff was "make sure to report these players", I've been getting fed up with all these dismissive and reaction based means of administration. I don't know why they offer options like connectivity reports when this game is P2P. I honestly don't know what I'm expecting anymore, I should have known what I was dealing with when they said it was P2P.

But I get 1 shotted by them at crazy range which confuses me, or I get melted in 2 seconds by an auto rifle? Then there are times when I’m mixed up between 2-3 guardians and I’m just thinking to trade with one, but somehow get 2 of them and escape the third and not die? And I’m sure those guys were like, “wtf?” So I don’t know what’s going on with this programming
