Error code Nightingale

Since the last update I have been getting this nightingale error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Cleared steams download cache and run the stream file validation tool. Still getting the error. I played 363 hour without ever seeing this error until last update to the game. I have no connectivity issues what so ever in any of the other steam games I have or other on-line games I have.

 • 363 hours of game play without ever seeing the Nightingale message and not it happens 3 -4 times every single time I try and open the game. I have uninstalled, reinstalled the game to a totally different drive, cleared steam download cache, used steams file validation utility on the game. Still getting this error.

 • Hello, and thank you for your report. You may need to try switching to different DNS settings on your router. Here is a guide from Google on how to do so. You can also do a quick IP refresh by putting these commands into a computer, or by unplugging your router overnight:
(1) Press Windows Key + S at the same time. (2) Type “cmd” without quotations and press enter. (3) Type “ipconfig /release” without quotations and press Enter. • a) Wait for command to finish running (4) Type “ipconfig /renew” without quotations and press Enter. • a) Wait for command to finish running (5) Type “ipconfig /dnsflush” without quotations and press Enter. • a) Wait for command to finish running (6) Type “exit” without quotation marks and press Enter.
If these do not solve the issue, the next step is to directly contact your internet provider. You may need a public IP refresh or reset. While working with them, it's recommended to try logging in to the game several times, as that can help in finding the specific issue.
