404 error when linking Twitch with Bungie for the Prime reward bundles..

All I had to do was log in into twitch Prime with my Amazon Prime account after that I linked my bungie profile. It was actually suspiciously easy and straightforward

I am having the same issue, unable to link Twitch and Bungie and thus unable to claim the Prime Reward bundles.

You need to sign in bungie.net and also sync your cross save, doing this you can get the twitch prime loot.
