And absolutely no checking on changes. Maybe they were outright running with Autocommit on as well... Doesn't matter, no verification,no double checking, no testing (they should have copy of at least portion of live data for QA), no ready rollback/restore, nothing. And I don't care if some other WTF comapny is even worse.
