  • Ah, gotcha. Yea, I think most of us realize that and think it's a problem, but also know that's not changing any time soon. I'm to the point of just giving in and accepting it because I do still enjoy the game for some reason. HDR is a prime example of this. It's been screwed up for over a year and a half at this point, and Bungie won't even acknowledge posts on it so I have just given up posting about it and play with HDR turned off.

  • So... i had no idea HDR is messed up. It looks fine on my hdr tv... so, if you could elaborate (I'd hate to find out i was getting suboptimal performance after spending near a grand on a tv... JUST FOR THIS GAME.... And it's a shame that we shrug and accept it and move on. Its a shame cause its still a freaking great game. The bones are still the best if any game, but...it's looking a lil' thin in the skin. So... we settle for what we have and yearn for what could have been..... While getting the short end of the stick on the customer experience and customer service side as well. But... i put my hours in everynight.... cause until recently, even with all its flaws, it was more compelling than any other game in my collection. And my collection is only limited by what draws my interest. The real answer is... until recently, i hadn't looked at another game in almost 2 years. I LOVE warframe, but Destiny stole my entire focus. When Destiny 2 became a job, about 18 or 24 months ago, i gave up warframe. In the last 4 months ive reinstalled warframe, RDR2, and purchased Gears 5. Im sure im not alone. That's where better customer experience and service would make up for some of the flaws. We shouldn't have to say, oh well just Bungie being Bungie. Most companies strive for, Damn Bungie is a damn good company, their stuff is tight, or they are transparent when things go wrong, ALL the time. Not just on monumental -blam!- ups. I don't think a company making as much as Bungie should be having the number of issues they regularly have. And yes i realize this is largely my opinion. But i work in a field where what i do ultimately has to lead to a good customer experience and my company puts a lot of resources into customer experience and service. I'm not seeing that level of commitment from Bungie, and Bungie made WAY more than my company last year.
