I can’t reset my valor rank since last night

Another possible issue that can pop up from this: if you hoard materials, you can't progress. I had my enhancement prisms maxed out, so I couldn't claim the reward. After I used some prisms for space, I could get then get the reward, progress and reset my rank. Dear bungie, how about not tying the reset conditions to this?

7 RepliesTo reset your Valor, click on the Crucible icon on the main Director screen to open the Crucible sub-menu. On the Crucible sub-menu move your pointer to hover over any of the playlist icons. When you do this a small flyout window appears and there should be an option to reset your Valor. Do NOT hover over your rank icon you see in the Crucible sub-menu as you cannot, nor have you ever been able to reset your Valor rank from there. If this is still not working, please take a short video of you doing what I asked above, upload it to Youtube and post a link to it in this thread.
