Rolling Back Character Data and Restoring Destiny 2 Services
Today, Update 2.7.1 introduced an issue that affected currencies and pursuits. We immediately brought the game offline to mitigate any loss of materials while we investigated. We have identified the issue and the good news is that we were able to deploy an update to the server and will not have to update the game client.
We have rolled all character data back to our most recent backup at 8:30 a.m. Pacific before the issue was introduced. This will restore any lost materials caused by the issue, but players will lose any progress they made if they played between 8:30 a.m and 10:20 a.m. when we brought the game down for maintenance. Any purchases made using Silver or Bright Dust during this window will need to be repurchased. Any Silver spent or purchased will be restored.
The server update is complete and we are beginning to bring the game back online now. Stay tuned to @Bungiehelp for updates.

I am also missing these items: 1000 enhancement prisms. 1000 ascendent shards. 75,000 legendary shards 100,000 enhancement cores Add all off my armor and weapons were fully masterworked before and all of my armor was at 120 stat rolls fully masterworked. If you could get right on fixing those I would appreciate it. Also give me back my blast radius masterwork on my play of the game grenade launcher. Legit uncool that you change it in the previous update to velocity masterwork and it went from 10 masterwork to 1. Not cool bungie. [spoiler]Obviously I am joking. Except for the play of the game grenade launcher thing. Bungie really did remove blast radius as a masterwork for grenade launchers last upgrade without telling anyone and replaced it with a velocity masterwork. Probably because everyone used grenade launchers in pvp because actually consistently killed people. Also if your masterwork was level 10 it went to 1. Still mad about that. And all they said was “we are looking into it.” They did nothing. It was intentional. Bungie does sneaky things and hopes no one notices. [/spoiler]

Thanks for hard work from your team to fix the issues. I am sure everyone gone through lot. They deserve some appreciation. I hope in future they won’t put them in this situation.

Why not actually test it in house (do your staff even play this game? - I would guess it’s a majority NO!) Maybe it’s time for a new state of the art engine & dev tools that can quickly diagnose & clear issues (8 hours to fix your OWN update) Reversing players Achievements/Triumphs/Quest Steps & then Catalysts...that’s RNG that cant be calculated Oh and Where’s the actual meaningful, sincere apology ?

It's currently 2:06 p.m. CST on Wednesday. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this but I wanted to make you aware and see of there's anything you can do. UPDATE: I'm an idiot. I didn't realize they got transferred to my vault after I accidentally hit randomize on DIM.
