I do see it from a developer's point, it's hard work.. i crunch in mine to, but it is by their will alone they set a time for a hotfix so yes i blame them for not checking their work properly before releasing and wasting time for their users as this is a service besides a game.
From the updated time to re-launch it will be 3am for me, 00:25 atm, so i either pull a allnighter or give up. But that's life right?
These things impact ppl more then some think. Either time-scheduling or plain relaxation doesn't matter.
If there wasn't enough time to properly test the hotfix before release, why do it anyway? How can missing Silver and other materials not be noticed if this wasn't testes in a environment without maxed out resources like DEV environments run?
