New Monarchy Regalia
When I go in to my Collection I don't have any options for the New Monarchy Regalia shader, and even when I dismantle armour pieces that had the shader on it, it doesn't unlock. Can someone help me with this? Why can I not see the shader, at all anymore?
I've included a picture of my Tower shader collection.

Only way to obtain the faction shaders was to earn/discover them. If they are attached to armor or weapons, that doesn't count as being discovered. And if the shader was not in your inventory (other than attached to gear) when Warmind DLC dropped, it would not have been added to your Collections. Year 1 gear only has a chance of getting the shader upon a dismantle, not guaranteed. Currently there is no way to obtain the faction shaders. You'd need to wait whether these will return at some point.
