Others have reported success in working around this issue by tethering to a hotspot and trying again. Most of these reports are coming out of Australia as well.

Any other ideas, i have tried everything, reinstall, clear cache, power cycle, hot spot abd still getting error code wasp

Same I am in Melbourne - I've restarted everything console/router/modem- uninstalled and reinstalled the game today I got to approx 56% - Wasp error every time - my other playstation pro updated no issues but my main one continued to fail - I did a hot spot to my iphone and it finally worked - thanks for the advice
