You can always review your Eververse purchase history [url]https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/PurchaseHistory[/url] Click on the Eververse Purchase History tab Keep in mind that Silver is not applied across all platforms you have enabled cross save. Silver will only be accessible from the platform where your Silver was initially brought.

There is a contact form for Missing Silver, but as IngweQueen stated, Silver will only be available on the platform where it was purchased, and does not follow your Active Cross Save account. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13657
