Borderless Windowed mode is offset from monitor edge and it can't be moved to the proper location
I stopped playing at the start of the new season due to the graphical settings bug and other things outside of this game. I'm trying to come back and the graphical settings bug is resolved but borderless windowed mode is still screwed up for me. Is there anything that I can do to fix this? I really don't like being forced into fullscreen mode.

Figured it out. Destiny doesn't like having a monitor above it that has the Windows taskbar on it. I moved the monitor that it was on and it's corrected. I'm going to file a bug report about this.
