Why is qp sweatier than comp?
It's honestly a joke at this point. I'll go into a comp game while 5,5k and it'll be a farm, but the second I into any of the qp playlists it's a -blam!-ing sweatfest. Sbmm is only gonna drive the dedicated pvp players away. It's not good for the PvP Community, it just makes pvp boring. If I wanted to sweat, id go on faceit. -blam!- sake what a joke.

Lol while I agree, funny story: After saying this exact line, a friend and I jumped into competitive only to get COMPLETELY aped by a stack. I’ll never complain about it again. (My next games were fine but I loved the irony)

2 Repliesmost people in quick play sweat in stacked teams so they can get a high KD so they can stroke their ego, they basically have no real-life accomplishments and their KD is all they have.

Because when you hit max glory you can't reset and rank up again. So we all bring our tools into quick play and have to be bored for the next three months. Give glory multiple resets a season!

I was just playing a little Clash today (Clash is usually especially ass BTW, when people have nothing else to focus on besides playing as cheesy as possible.) for weekly bounties. Not [i]too[/i] terrible. Of course, people handholding with their teammates and either playing super passive or super aggressive. Plenty of people with greasy loadouts and/or spamming dodge and chicken hopping with stompies acting like it's game 7 of a flawless trials card. And it's just like, WHY? Why do you need to get basic-b[b]i[/b]tch meta kills SO badly? (See my first two points)

1 ReplyBecause Quickplay doesn’t have SBMM. And matchmaking is trash if you’re a solo player. And BECAUSE matchmaking is trash, people are gonna try to team up. Then jump into Quickplay and go up against potatoes. I’ve played about 12 matches tonight and I’ve won once. Each time I’m on a team that either won’t cap zones or try to go off on their own. Even when I’m playing with other solo players, for some reason I’m usually the only one playing the fvcking objective on MY trash ass team.

These last few weeks have been horrific... often face 4+stacks, then there’s the people from different continents teleporting or not taking damage.... everyone seems very competent... like u miss one shot u die... u make a mistake with pushing at the wrong time u die not tried comp this season but the regular playlists aren’t so fun right now

You can. First step is to use something less good than last word/beloved. Second step is to enjoy playing the way you want. Or, you could always LFG for six stack of 3kd+ dust/nf/wc for even more relaxed QP.

Because all the sweaties get their comp stuff done week one of every season so that they can squad up for QP. But luckily D2 PvP isn’t very engaging and there’s hardly anything to get from playing it. I’ll pop in for Iron Banner to get my pinnacle rewards then not play the rest of the month.

By QuickPlay do you mean Classic Mix ? Because that’s the old QP playlist & that’s the one WITHOUT SBMM Classic Mix is CBMM only ...and it’s farming community for all those pub stomping Netflix/Twitch/Spotify streaming mofo’s sharing a 56k dial up/tethered phone connection/Wind Up WiFi from TacoBell/McDonalds

Edited by w HELLS w: 1/19/2020 11:00:33 PMI play classic mix for the sole fact that its "connection based", I have a lot of fun in control play list until i get a dash of players that skate and shoot out the back of their heads and can't be melee'd even in super due to some sort of latency. SBMM has pushed me to use really meta load out to deal with other metas like hunters peek dodgeing combined with sniping and warlocks that clear rooms with hhsn. both of those have very little counter play. my counter is to lean into titan metas, so the sweat begets sweat. before anyone says just run away from warlocks charging up don't even say it because that's as have I seen it put "some anime bullshit".

Thank the mega trashcans who wanted their safe space in a casual game mode. This just created more seperation, worse queue times, laggier matches and worse search parameters.
