What do other characters say?
I bought myself the chief. He says things like "Let's finish this fight" and "SPartan 117 locked and loaded" and other epic quotes.
The best one of chief was this one.

I'm most interested in Johnson and Cortana. Anybody have them? Because I can't decide which one of'em to buy myself next...

For Jun the quotes I remember are: "Sorry to interrupt your thought!" (On Head Shot) "Head shot, ha-ha!" "Center mass!" (on Body shot or grenade toss) "Center Mass, nothing fancy!" (Also on body shot) "Next to perfect, but not perfect." (Killing Spree/Multi-kill) "Still room for improvement..." (Killing Spree/Multi-kill) "This is gonna be loud!" (Picking Up rocket launcher) "So... I guess I'm driving then?" (Getting into the Drivers seat it - seems it was a response to my friend (Emile's voice) saying he was taking the Gun.) Favorite from Jorge: "Dental work, free of charge!" (On Head Shot)

No idea what triggered it, but at one point she said "This is how YOUR world ends." Twas pretty fantastic indeed. Also the SPNKR thing made me laugh. I gotta hear it for myself. Kat has a couple of lines worthy of a smile or a small laugh (very small, mind), my favourite being: "*giggles* I'm sorry...that won't happen again." Had it a few times on large multikills. I'd reel off a few more but, short on time /sigh. I'll get back to y'all later :3.

Stacker's "OH, That's gotta hurt!" makes me laugh. My favourite so far is Buck, though. When you get the fuel rod gun he starts shouting about warming up his "big, yellow thingie".

they should add more voices (sgt. Forge, superintendent, those spartans from halowars etc.) as well as elite firefight voices (arbiter!) and RvB voices (Caboose!!!)

I, personally, I have Sgt. Stacker, and he can say some pretty funny stuff. "Rrrrrrockets UP!" "Oh, I can see right through that one" (Headshot) "Damn, bastard stu-" BOOM (Getting stuck) "YOU DON'T STAND A CHANCE, COVIE!"- my favorite Stackers a bit of a badass and he has some funny little one-liners, but these are off the top of my head
