Dear team,
I am so mega frustrated, that I do the last option and ask for help in here.
Now I tried the whole weekend to get the Stadia Controller to work on Windows 10 via Steam. Funny: on my Windows 7 laptop, everything went fine from minute one. But not on Windows 10. X.x
My settings are exactly the same on both PCs, except one is running Win7 (working fine) and one on Win10.
I did the general controller settings, I set up the Big Picture controller, and guess what...everything is working as long as i do not start Destiny 2.
Even on Win 10 I am able to navigate within Big Picture mode with the controller...so all is fine. But as soon as I start Destiny 2 and it says "Gamepad config loaded" it simply does not recognize any input I do with the controller.
Its so weird... I did the change regarding administrator permission on steam.exe and GameoverlayUI.exe... I added a new string within the registry RUNASINVOKE...nothing, absolutely nothing worked for me on Win 10.
WHAT SHOULD I DO?? :( :(
Working setup is the Genjuro gamepad layout.... on Win7.
Anyone that can provide help is highly appreciated. This Win 10 is *** me so hard.
Best regards,
Christian
e:/ For all who are facing the same issues: nothing helped beside using x360ce and therefore emulating an X-Box controller. Set up was easy and it is working now.

1 ReplyOpen Destiny through Steam Big Picture, open the overlay and on the Controller Options menu, change Steam Input to "Forced On". https://imgur.com/ouvcTKn
