can i be banned for using RagnoTech Low Spec Experience ?
latest AMD software update has been messing with my driver settings so I search a temporary optimizer until ayymd fix it
and I come across ragnotech low spec software, can i be banned for using that software?

I recommend you do not. Just roll back your drivers to a much stable one until they fix it. Thats what I did.

I'd recommend not, based on what I read about it. Sounds like it plays around with game files among other things to reach its' results. If you were playing fine on a previous version of the AMD software, can you roll back to that until AMD has a patch?
