Need Help. There is no chest to pay the tithe for The Tribute Hall quest.
For The Tribute Hall quest to get Bad Juju there is no chest next to Werner to pay the tithe. I haven't done this quest on my other characters and I don't know what it is I have to do. Any help would be great.

I have this exact same issue. The tribute hall is unlocked and I have multiple tributes offered. I can even do the bad juju mission, but it does not give me the bad juju at the end of it. I think it is because I am stuck at the quest step where it says pay the tithe and open the chest, but there is no chest. With content vaulting coming up this is quite a big issue, can we please get a fix for this?
