Tractor cannon is supposed to suppress
So why doesn't it suppress champions ? That should be the ultimate anti ability bs -blam!- you taken captains and overload minotaurs gun.

All exotics should be granted one of the three anti-champion perks, and every single one has at least one perk that would fit it very well. TC should definitely have one, but being able to counter all three might be a bit much
