linked wrong ps4 Account
Dear Bungie Team,
Sadly I linked the wrong ps4 account when merging accounts, Id love to play my steam chars on ps4 but I‘ll have to deal with 90days bann. Is there a way you can help ne out?

Unfortunately, if you had just chosen the wrong normal account as the active Cross-Save, Bungie could switch you to the correct normal account, but as you linked the wrong PSN ID entirely, then proceeded with Cross-Save, and told the system that it was the accounts you wanted to use, that semi easy and quick fix cannot happen. In order to unlink an account, you must disable Cross-Save. Disabling Cross-Save will impose a 90-day mandatory security lockout that cannot be reduced or removed. If you wish to unlink your current PSN ID and link a different PSN ID, you'll need to disable Cross-Save and accept (and wait out) the 90-day security lockout. Bungie will not reduce or void that lockout for you; you'll not receive an exception.

8 RepliesIn order to change which accounts participate in Cross Save, you'll need to first deactivate the feature, and deactivating Cross Save for any reason will initiate a 90-day security cooldown before it can be re-activated.
