[PC] Loading into Crucible, Gambit, and Strikes - Black screen but can hear myself shooting

I've recently changed out most of the components in my PC (specs below) and now have a problem where I seem to load into Crucible, Gambit, and Strikes just fine but I'm then presented with a black screen but I can hear myself shooting if I squeeze off a few round. In Mayhem, I typically end up with 1/4-1/2 of my super bar filled before I get past the black screen. I've poked around the web quite a bit over the last two weeks but haven't found a solution that works. Anyone have any ideas on this? • Hi. Thanks for contacting us. This sounds like a connection issue of some kind is occurring. This could be an internet service provider issue. If you are on a wireless connection, a wired connection is recommended to play Destiny. If your internet connection is being used for anything else besides playing the game, such as watching a movie or streaming, it's recommended to quit those programs. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:
1. Clearing your console cache or, if on PC, verify the integrity of your game files 2. Power cycling your internet router 3. Review our guide on improving latency and packet loss to see if that might help 4. Following our Network Troubleshooting Guide for best optimizing your connection to Destiny. You may also want to enable IPV6 on your router if you have it.
• Have Steam check and "repair" files for the game. Right click Destiny 2 Properties Local Files Verify Integrity of game Files Let Steam do what it does. After Steam is done with it. Try again. Hope it works.
