Dismantling exotics should grant you one ascendant shard.
You should get an ascendant shard from dismantling an exotic that drops from world activities/strike/PVP/Fated engram/etc. Not from collection or buyed from xur. Also Xur should sell ascendant shards for legendary shards

This is complete bullshit. Disabled 3 exotics from PVE and none, I GOT GUNSMITH AND LEGENDARY MATS!

I cant believe I actually listened to this bs. I just dismantled 3 exotics that I got from PVE and PVP and would you look at that beautiful thing, I just got Armour material woooooowww what a complete waste.
