Power Weapon multikills don't register
So many times killing enemies with rocket launcher, etc. and the multikill doesn't register. Is this a known issue?

No, it is not currently a known issue. I've completed RL multikill bounties 6 times over the last week on my three characters and I had no issues with those bounties counting. In my cases the kills were basically simultaneous kills from one shot vs getting multiple kills using two rockets. I've used Wardcliff Coil and Bad Omens with cluster bombs.
