Hunter Dodge w/void vs Arc and solar(is the void subclass broken)
I'm currently running 100 mobility...and it says that I should have a 9 sec cool down on my Dodge. I do w/ ARC &SOLAR
HOWEVER w/ the Void sub class( all trees top,middle,and bottom) I'm getting 19sec cool down..
I thought I was crazy until I pulled out the stop watch...
And when I'm in pvp my Dodge won't even charge back up only kills help fill it up...
Is this a glitch that seems to be a problem?

Void battery overrides the cooldown to be longer regardless of your mobility stat. It says so in the mod description.

Are you using void battery?
