Why is Warlock armor so ugly
Why does Warlock armor look so bad compared to Titan and Hunter Armor. Im not talking about the bundles I'm talking about warlock armor in general, Yes some of the end game amore look really nice but the amount of grinding you have to do for it i do t think its worth it. Im curious what other peoples opinions are on the way Warlock Armor looks

as a Warlock main i 100% agree, Hunters always get the Hunters get special treatment in my opinion. If it weren’t for me being loyal to Warlock and in love with the play style i would switch to Hunter because of appearance. and the quick fang 😂

Garden armor of salvation is quite nice too. Even if it's basically a reskins of Curse of Osiris eververse armor. Regular Gambit and Gambit prime armor both look nice. Current PvP armor with the right shader make you look like a Nazgul (Lord of the ring reference in case people don't know) Wich is awesome. Last season and current season ornament look very good on Warlocks. But yeah regular legendary and blue armor are a mix and match cause they suck.

It can be quite a challenge to mix and match Warlock just to look decent. Got my 'Lock lookin spiffy right now after I got the Virtuous chest ornament unlocked.

It's not any worse than the other two, besides the bonds. Armor in general has taken a huge step back from D1.

Most armor looks bad. True endgame is always making the coolest looking armor set. Which is pretty easy with universal ornaments

1 ReplyActually.. as a Warlock main I have the chromatic fire ornament with Season of the Undying ornaments from rank eighty and they look beastly. Outside of that yeah they’re not that swell looking. I think Bungie just hates Warlocks honestly since we got the worst of nerfs since Hunters (mostly) and some Titans whine about our abilities being OP. Little off topic with that one but it’s true.

Edited by Demon_XXVII: 1/12/2020 2:24:36 AMI always liked the Warlock chest piece from Tangled Shore (Scorned Baron Robes - 1 of the 3 items that came from Heroic Adventures) I could never bloomin get it to drop....but it looked great in a black/dark metallic colour when using Arc subclass (Unlimited Power Palpatine!)

I'm somewhat happy with my Lock right now. The seasonal set looks shit in Dawn so I won't bother with the pass Maybe next season.

Alot of the shaders look awful .. It really annoys me because warlocks could look so much better

I dunno, I think Warlock's have some of the best armors. Up there with Hunters. I am a Titan main and I hate 95% of armors for Titans. The 3 Dawning sets for Warlock are by far my favs for all of the classes. I hate all of the Hunter Dawning armor, which is unusual considering generally they get the best armor.

The only Warlock chest I use is the ornament for the Revelry robes. Looks way better than pretty much everything else. The only other things I'd consider using would be the Scorned Baron Robes, Farseekers Intuition (a -blam!-ing rare! Looks better than most legendaries) and maybe some raid stuff if I ever bother

... friend, almost every class in this game has mostly ugly armor sets. There are two or three good looking armor sets at most for each class, with the rest being a deluge of half assed, unispired, rushed concept art that never should have ended up anywhere outside of the trash bin.

For a time it was possible to wear Faction gear. Dead Orbit Ornaments or even Future War Cult had some nice-looking Ornaments; for example, that chest that looked like a leather overcoat and if you made it black, you looked like Blade. Sleek and bad@ss. If you could add faction emblems or weapon manufacturer emblems (think patches/stickers)--like if they had a system like they do in Anthem (sorry, I know that's a bad word) where you can add VINYLS, that would add a layer of depth to customizing the look of our Guardian but that's probably a PS5 thing since I don't think my PS4 could handle loading Vinyls in Destiny. Anthem tried that and the game crashed every 10 seconds... see.

As soon as forsaken was out I only had last wish gear up until this season and the saint ornaments are still not as good as other classes 🥱

All amror sets look horrible except eververse and battle pass ornament ofc, good tactic from bunghole to lure you into buying season pass and silver

IMO most of the forsaken sets are ugly, all of the tangled web (PoE kellbreaker reskin armor) sets are some of the worst looking armor in the game, along with the scatterhorn, crucible, vanguard, red moon, thorium holt, and mimetic savior sets. Some of my favorite y2 sets are the gambit prime, solstice 2k19, Cos (which are just laviathan armor reskins) and SoTP sets. Everything else is just really ugly while all the y1 armor remain some of the best looking: the vanguard research class specific armor (ego talon, frumious, and noble constant) all the faction sets, the s2 and s3 iron banner, crucible, and vanguard ornaments, the solstice 2k18 sets (yes I'm aware those are also reskins of the vanguard research armor), the raid armor, and even some of the open world and blue armor sets looks better than some of the stuff we got in y2. We really need to get some of them back

1 ReplyThe best warlock armor to come out are the season pass ornaments. No lie the regular armor in the game is terrible, only armor I ever loved from the actual game is the vanilla crucible armor and thats the best one by far. That armor still makes my warlock look like a -blam!- bo

My warlock is rocking the vex ornament set from last season. I think that set looks sexy. I love it
