Imagine completing a pinnacle activity and getting something that has a 47 base stat. Definitely makes players want to keep grinding. Edit: especially given that you get a set of mid-60s from the season pass. I recognize not everyone has the pass, but a large portion of players do. It's even more dejecting to those without the pass cuz they practically have nothing outside of raids for 60+ gear.
