There is no known issue with the challenges registering. Previous users I've helped with this issue have all been missing one, for one reason or another. One of them would be leaving the challenge without opening the chest at the end - common when grabbing the ahamkara bones/eggs at the same time. Some also missed a week by accident. Your only option, unfortunately, is to run them all again, until you find the one you're missing. You could also provide game history records from each week, or go through them yourself to double-check that you have indeed completed them all. The problem with game history, AFAIK, the challenges do not show as individual activities, just as free-roam. This is not to say that there can't be an issue with them, it's just that it would have affected more users if there in fact was a larger issue. Also, please do not make duplicate posts of the same issue, just bump the original if you need it to be seen.
