I'm just tired of not using my fav primary exotics..
I want to farm the ordeal NF so obviously i need to kill all the champions to get the best chances for better loot..
and i want to use ace of spades but i can't..
Sturm.. Can't
Crimson.. Can't
Bad juju which is my fav exotic.. I -blam!-ing can't
Outbreak perf.. Can't
U got the idea
And all this because of the stupid anti-champion mods
The best aspect of this game is the exotics and now i can't use them in the most important Playlist in the game

They come up with these new ideas like mod slots but don't apply them to the rest of the existing content, severely narrowing your play options. I get it. That's why I'm playing modded skyrim instead of this game.

1 ReplyRight there with you mate. Weapons ever since they started using the new mod system have been a toss up. Not only because of the fact that exotics can not use champion mods, but also because you can't use half the weapons in the game due to the fact that Bungie didn't bring them all up to the new system as they should have, and then inflated grind by introducing new versions of old weapons that we already had and would have to re-grind. To date my favorite scout the conspirator from the leviathan raid I use when I can but for endgame activities can not do so due to the inability to put mods on it. And then to add insult to injury this whole thin with not being able to bull 9/10th of gear from collections makes it even more difficult.

Simple statement. Just remember to shame the people that cant read and misinterpreted your statement. Sure you can not agree with this thoughts. But its very cut and dry what the his point is. More diversity.

3 RepliesJust made me think of Vault of Glass in D1. You were able to drop weapons from the VoG loot pool which actually helped you through. e.g.the Corrective Measure machine gun with the oracle disruptor perk, designed to take down oracles. Maybe they should introduce this into the present activities and have weapons specifically to deal with nightmares, barriers etc

2 RepliesThere's a solution for this problem - just don't play. If the playerbase drops low enough maybe Bungie will listen to us. I've pretty much stopped playing now that I'm level 100+ for the season and have all my new exotics (so far). I'll be back for Crimson Days (maybe) and the next exotic quest. Other than that, I'm done. No more chasing pinnacle +2 gear. The 10 point bump next season makes power level grinding pointless and there is no other gear I want to grind for. Also, since all the cool cosmetics are locked behind silver in EV, there's no point in grinding levels for EV engrams (all you get is old crap now). If you have a good reason for playing beyond what I've described above, please share as I'd like to find a reason to care about playing, but at this point just can't justify wasting much time on this game.

Funny enough there are weapons in other slots that can fill the purpose of overload/barrier champions. I still use bad juju and have my secondary slot fill any potential needs when it comes to champions

Yes u fn can its called using a secondary gun with the perk on and have 1 person with 1 perk and another with the other perk i do it even with randos i inspect them before it starts find out what there rockin then put on the perk we need to stager a champion, stop saying u cant when u can

It’s a pretty pointless limiting of loadouts by not allowing exotics to have the mods.

Gets a +1 from me. Im so annoyed i cant use what i want. Lets not forget that even if we could use what we wanted, trash players would still push "Use Meta or get kicked."

You need the mods to kill some of the bad guys and not only do they not work in exotics, they only work on some weapons at all in any given season. It's nice that Bungie is trying to promote variety but they're still dictating what we use and that's lame.

1 ReplyTotally agree! This season is all mods for scouts, pulse and bow but you can’t put any of the mods on the matching exotics. SO EFFING STUPID
