Hello. I just purchased Shadowkeep and I can't seem to go on with the story after the first mission. I know other players encountered this bug and found solutions but I am completely stuck. I see the green symbol ontop of Eris Morn and nothing shows up, bounties are greyed out since there's written "requires shadowkeep campaign progress" and when I go in the tower, the postmaster has the same green symbol ontop but has nothing for me. The game got frozen for 4-5 seconds and then crashed exactly when Eris was about to give me the second quest (I think) so I hope it didn't -blam!- up my save data. Please help.
