so yeah I was dicking around with wemod on san andreas for a while and noticed destiny 2 was now free and with having fond destiny one memories i opted to play so i quit my game and clicked X on wemod unbeknownst to me it minimised it to the tray on the bottom right corner instead of actually closing out properly
i thought it was gone made my character did the tutorial got to the first part where everyone is after getting my ship just got that warm nostalgic feeling and bam my game disconnected
when i tried to log in again it told me I was banned
I mean if you (meaning bungie) look at my account you will see that I literally did nothing in the game apart from the tutorial where you collect your ship
I in no way intended to do anything to destiny and didnt even know like I say that wemod was still even open until i got banned from destiny
anyway if maybe someone could look into it?
im not down with screwing with other peoples experiences online that isnt cool and I get you have to have your high security to stop people legitimatley hacking the game but if you can somehow look you can see for yourself its right there no matches no story progress just a blank new account I didnt even get to properly start playing
anyways look its my bad I will make sure stuff like that is 100% closed next time but maybe a mod or something could help me out here It would really mean alot?
Thanks

12 RepliesThey did look into it and issued a ban. The ban is deserved, you had a cheat program open. https://youtu.be/IoyvvEWHodk

1 ReplyEdited by mmarkster: 1/5/2020 10:29:05 PMYour best bet is to make a new account At least 9 accounts have been banned this year. I estimate at least 762 total accounts to be banned this year.
